These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Datalyze online learning platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities performed under your account are your sole responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
2. Course Access and Content
- All courses and materials are provided as digital educational content.
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display any course content.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time.
3. Payments, Pricing, and Coupons
- Some courses require payment to access.
- Manual payment methods may require verification before activation.
- Discounts and coupons are subject to their specific conditions, including expiration dates and usage limits.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel transactions when necessary.
4. Refunds (7-Day Refund Policy)
For eligible paid courses, Datalyze may offer a refund request option within 7 calendar days from the date your course access is activated.
- Eligibility: Refund requests are considered only for paid courses and must be submitted within the 7-day window.
- Refund Amount Basis: Any approved refund is calculated based on the amount actually paid (after discounts/coupons), not the original list price of the course.
- Fair Use / Content Consumption: To prevent misuse, refunds may be declined if you have consumed more than 25% of the course content (e.g., completing lessons that exceed 25% of the total course lessons, downloading a significant amount of resources, or otherwise using the course in a way that indicates substantial benefit).
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds do not apply to free courses, promotional free access, or any content explicitly marked as non-refundable. If a certificate has already been issued for the course, the refund request may be declined.
- How to Request: To request a refund, contact support through the official support channels and include your account email and the order/course details.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (where applicable) and may take a reasonable time to reflect, depending on payment providers and verification procedures.
Datalyze reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion, consistent with this policy and applicable laws.
5. Platform Availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability of the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages, technical issues, or maintenance periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, videos, text, and system functionality are the exclusive property of Datalyze (Ahmed Nasef) and its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its content.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
